Obama, Immigration, and the Right

There is one major problem about this whole immigration/Obama thing that many of my friends on the right just do not understand: Yes, it is inexcusable for Obama to be so cavalier about the protocols embedded in the law, BUT the SUBSTANCE of what he is saying is PERFECTLY reasonable. Yes, it should go through Congress, and the President should not be arbitrarily dismissing the separation of powers laid out in the Constitution. But we have NO CHANCE of winning a discussion about process, when the substance of our immigration policy is so ridiculous.
