My Take on Trump's Speech Last Night - Hint: Dow up 300

It was Trump like none of us have ever seen him - mature, reserved, sober, poised, empathetic.  It was the Trump many of us wanted to see at the inauguration, or the convention, or, I don't know, any other time he spoke.   He even wore the best tie I have seen him in and had a suit which was custom fit.  More importantly, the speech had big implications for the economy and the markets, and I penned them here at National Review,
