David Bahnsen’s speech at the May 16 JP Morgan Shareholder Meeting

This is a common sense shareholder resolution made necessary by the actions of the company, yet measured in its ask and driven by the well-being of shareholders. Engagement with management has been constructive, and while I do not expect the resolution to pass, I do expect operational changes to come because of the light that has been shined on these activities by this effort.
